Our leadership team and staff have experience in leading transformative procurement projects for over 60 Private Equity firms (and their portfolio companies) and over 15 State Governments, multiple State Agencies, and Higher Education Institutions.
Executive Leadership

Rahul is the Co-Founder & CEO of Treya Partners. With 25+ years partnering with PE sponsors and portfolio leadership, he has delivered significant EBITDA improvements through SG&A and COGS reduction, and process optimization across numerous industries including industrials, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and consumer. He has advised 60+ PE firms, including TPG, CVC Capital, GI Partners, CCMP, and Silver Lake Sumeru, and numerous mid-market PE firms. He has also led enterprise programs for Avaya, Deutsche Bank, Harrah’s, Solectron, Sun Microsystems, and XM Radio.
Previously, Rahul served in leadership roles in the spend management practices of CGI and Silver Oak Solutions. He started his consulting career as a Senior Consultant at Mitchell Madison Group. Prior to consulting he was a Satellite and Wireless Design Engineer at LinCom Wireless, where he worked on both commercial and defense programs. A Supply & Demand Chain Executive “Pro to Know,” he holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Satellite Communications) from the University of Toledo, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Delhi.

Shaun Chambers brings over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, technology procurement, and executive leadership. Since joining Treya Partners in 2018, Shaun has led sourcing and cost optimization initiatives for private equity portfolio companies across a broad range of telecom and IT categories.
Before Treya, Shaun held senior leadership roles in the telecom industry, including Chief Product and Marketing Officer at CallTower and CEO of SoundConnect. He also held key roles at MCI, Net2000 Communications, Platinum Networks, VNX, and OneVoice Communications, and worked with several early-stage technology companies.
Shaun specializes in applying strategic sourcing techniques to drive measurable results, reducing costs, optimizing network architecture, and negotiating improved contract terms. He has worked extensively with private equity firms such as TPG, GI Partners, Comvest, CCMP, Investcorp, and Sumeru Equity Partners.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Systems Management from Ohio University and completed postgraduate business studies at Johns Hopkins University.

John Clinkscales is the Chief Financial Officer at Treya Partners, where he helps shape the firm’s overall strategy with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and building strategic partnerships.
Prior to Treya, John was CFO at Rubicon Bakers, where he led finance, supply chain, and administrative operations. Before that, he spent several years at Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, supporting portfolio companies in finance, operations, and procurement. He also held roles as an investment associate at Frontier Growth and began his career as an investment banking analyst at BlackArch Partners.
John graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science.

Barnali Mishra is the Chief Delivery Officer at Treya Partners and brings 20 years of procurement consulting experience. Since joining Treya in 2008, she has led high-impact strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives for numerous private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including GI Partners, CVC Capital, CCMP, Wind Point, Harvest Partners, Sumeru Equity, and Trive Capital.
Barnali has deep expertise across a wide range of spend categories, with strengths in opportunity assessments, competitive solicitations, supplier negotiations, and client coaching. She also designs and delivers training programs to build in-house sourcing capabilities. At Treya, she is responsible for client relationships, project leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of engagements.
Prior to Treya, Barnali was a Senior Consultant at Silver Oak Solutions (now part of CGI), where she focused exclusively on strategic sourcing. She began her career at Silver Oak in 2004.
Barnali holds both a BA and an MA from Stanford University.

Michael Yang is a Director at Treya Partners with 14 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management. He has led sourcing initiatives across a wide range of industries and spend categories, supporting portfolio companies of private equity firms including Sumeru Equity Partners, CCMP, GI Partners, Trive Capital, Wind Point Partners, Heartwood, and CVC Capital.
Michael specializes in spend analysis, trend forecasting, category management, and supplier negotiations. At Treya, he oversees project execution and leads sourcing efforts across key categories to drive measurable value for clients.
Prior to Treya, Michael led strategic sourcing initiatives at Sysco Foods and began his career as a Business Analyst at Target Corporation.
He holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alyssa Harvey is a Manager at Treya Partners with experience in commodity sourcing and procurement strategy across a wide range of spend categories. She leads project execution and cross-functional teams, delivering data-driven sourcing strategies and measurable results for clients.
Alyssa has supported private equity portfolio companies including Freeman Spogli, Sun Capital, Trive Capital, and Heartwood Partners. Her category experience spans raw materials, produce, packaging, telecom, and electrical supplies. She manages end-to-end sourcing processes—from data collection and vendor outreach to supplier negotiations and savings validation.
Prior to Treya, Alyssa was a Procurement Manager at Charter Communications, where she sourced fiber optic and connectivity products and negotiated complex supplier agreements.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Actuarial Science from Michigan State University.

Kidist Ketema brings 7 years of procurement consulting experience, with a strong track record of delivering cost savings and optimizing demand management. At Treya Partners, she has led projects across industries including dermatology roll-ups and clean energy service providers, often supporting companies backed by private equity firms such as Trive, Platinum Equity, and Heartwood.
Her category experience spans both direct and indirect spend—from fleet and medical supplies to equipment rentals. Kidist focuses on driving immediate savings while building strategic supplier partnerships that deliver long-term value.
Prior to Treya, Kidist was a Senior Consultant at Impendi (now part of Accenture), where she led IT sourcing workstreams across telecom, software, hardware, data centers, and services. Her clients included PE-backed companies supported by TPG and Altamont.
She holds an MSc from Columbia University and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.

Paolo Cacnio brings 12 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and procurement across both consulting and industry. He has delivered sourcing and performance improvement initiatives for private equity portfolio companies, Fortune 500s, and e-commerce startups across the U.S. and Asia. His industry experience spans building materials, telecom, distribution, semiconductors, automotive parts, and fashion apparel.
As a Manager at Treya Partners, Paolo leads project management and category sourcing efforts.
Prior to Treya, Paolo was Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning and Purchasing at PrimeSource Building Products, overseeing purchasing, analytics, and inventory for ~$1B in globally sourced products. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Mitchell Madison Group, where he rose from analyst to engagement manager, leading client projects with full delivery accountability.
Paolo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Sarah Trojanowski brings a decade of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and strategic sourcing, gained through both consulting and industry roles. She has delivered impactful sourcing and operational improvement consulting services to private equity portfolio companies and Fortune 500 manufacturers, consistently driving measurable results.
Sarah has a strong track record of success in global direct and indirect procurement initiatives. Her areas of expertise include manufacturing operations, spend management, raw material sourcing, logistics strategy, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing processes. As a Manager at Treya Partners, Sarah leads project management efforts and oversees category sourcing across a range of client engagements.
Before joining Treya, Sarah was a Senior Consultant at Argon & Co, focusing on procurement and implementation projects within the manufacturing space. Earlier in her career, she worked at Illinois Tool Works, a Fortune 200 manufacturing company, where she managed logistics and metals procurement across a spend exceeding half a billion dollars.
Sarah holds an MBA with a focus in Supply Chain Management from Loyola University Chicago and a BA from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.

Nicky Watmore brings 7 years of experience in procurement and operations consulting. Originally from the UK, Nicky has built his expertise working across the UK and wider Europe before honing his skills in the US. He has helped solve some of the most complex procurement and operational challenges for some of the world’s largest companies, including many in the Fortune Global 500 and FTSE 100. His clients have included Unilever, Subway, the NHS, Marks & Spencer, BAE Systems, and Oxfam.
Nicky has led sourcing initiatives across a broad range of categories from all corners of the globe and has managed extensive procurement transformations. He pairs this with deep experience in operations and supply chain, ensuring that solutions are not only cost-effective but also meet technical and business requirements. His approach is collaborative, direct, and results-focused—delivering strong outcomes while ensuring teams have the opportunity to grow and enjoy the process.
Prior to joining Treya Partners, Nicky was a Manager at Efficio Consulting, a global procurement consultancy, and previously a Lead Consultant at Newton Europe, a European operations consulting firm. He holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.

Chris Tasiopoulos brings over 10 years of experience in management consulting, client relationship management, and business development. As Vice President of Business Development at Treya Partners, Chris leads client relationship strategy, manages the Business Development team, and drives Private Equity client cultivation and growth.
Since joining Treya in early 2020, Chris has built and led numerous strategic partnerships across the Private Equity landscape. He has worked closely with both Investment and Operating teams at firms including Waud Capital, Trive Capital, Trivest Partners, Bain Capital, Sun Capital, Wind Point Partners, Greenbriar Equity Group, Heartwood Partners, CenterOak Partners, and others. At the portfolio level, Chris collaborates directly with executive leadership teams to identify procurement-related cost reduction opportunities and leads Treya’s delivery team in executing those initiatives.
Prior to joining Treya, Chris was an Associate at an energy brokerage firm, where he advised municipalities and mid-to-large businesses on risk management and strategies to reduce utility costs.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Stonehill College, where he played four seasons of NCAA Ice Hockey. In 2015, he received the Fr. William Gartland Award, presented annually to one male and one female student-athlete who demonstrate excellence in athletics, citizenship, character, and leadership.

Rahul Ahuja has over 22 years of experience in procurement and operations consulting. As a partner at Treya Partners, he oversees client relationships, leads project teams, and ensures the successful delivery of strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. His areas of expertise include procurement strategy, stakeholder management, process improvement, organizational design, and technology implementation.
Throughout his career, Rahul has led procurement transformation efforts for Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and more than 35 private equity firms and their portfolio companies. His past clients include Avaya, Deutsche Bank, Harrah’s, Solectron, Sun Microsystems, XM Radio, and many leading private equity firms such as TPG, CVC Capital, and Silver Lake Sumeru.
Before co-founding Treya, Rahul served as VP of Consulting Services at Silver Oak Solutions (now part of CGI) and was a consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group. He began his career in product engineering at LinCom Wireless and was recognized as a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.
Rahul holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Satellite Communications, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Kevin J. Routhier is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive best known as the Founder, President, and CEO of Coretelligent, a leading provider of Technology, Cybersecurity, and Data Science services for the mid-market. Under Kevin’s leadership, Coretelligent launched eight innovative products across five strategic practices—Strategy, Cloud, Security, Compliance, and AI-driven Data Sciences—serving over 600 clients and generating approximately $100 million in annual revenues, over 85% of which were recurring. The company grew to employ more than 350 team members globally.
Kevin is widely recognized for building and leading high-performing executive teams. Working alongside them, he successfully acquired seven companies, advanced Coretelligent’s financial performance, and oversaw multiple recapitalizations through key growth phases. His work with private equity sponsors ultimately delivered over $300 million in returns to investors.
With over two decades of experience, Kevin now advises CEOs and board members of high-growth organizations. He brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, revenue scaling, operational excellence, product innovation, and M&A strategy—helping companies accelerate their growth and long-term value.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held senior leadership roles at CMGi, iPhrase Technologies, and IBM.
Kevin’s work has earned widespread recognition, including being named to Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. Coretelligent remains one of the most respected and enduring managed service providers in the industry.
Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys time with family and friends, is an avid golfer, and a dedicated supporter of Boston’s sports teams. He and his family actively support numerous philanthropic initiatives, and Kevin serves as a Trustee of Merrimack College.

Trent is a Co-Managing Partner of VSS Capital Partners and shares responsibility for management of the Firm and its investment funds. He also serves on the Investment Committee for each of the Firm’s funds.
Since joining VSS in 1999, he has been active in the Firm's investments in Access Intelligence LLC, Centroid, Coretelligent, GreenSlate, Hanley Wood, Lane Four, Mediatel (Yellow Brick Road), MetSchools, Pepcom, QuadraNet, Really Great Reading, Southern Theatres, TMP Worldwide (now Radancy), Tranzact, Treya Partners, and Vault.com.
Trent is currently a member of the Board of Managers of the following VSS portfolio companies: Centroid, GreenSlate, Lane Four, and Treya Partners. In addition, he is a board observer of Coretelligent. He previously served on the boards of Access Intelligence, Coretelligent, Quadranet, Radancy, Really Great Reading, Southern Theatres, Tranzact, and Vault.
Prior to attending business school, Trent was an Analyst and Associate in the Media & Entertainment Investment Banking Group of First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), where he was involved in structuring and underwriting syndicated leveraged loans and high yield issuances for several VSS portfolio companies, including Rifkin Acquisition Partners, Canon Communications, Centaur Communications, and The Official Information Company.
Trent serves on the board of directors and as Treasurer for the New York State Ski Racing Association and as an Alpine Ski Racing Coach for Windham Mountain. He previously served as a Trustee and member of the investment committee for the Hunter College Foundation and as a Trustee and Chairman of the board of trustees of Bronx Charter School for the Arts.
Trent holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in History and French from Duke University.

Sai Parepally is a Vice President and joined VSS in 2022. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring investment opportunities as well as working closely with portfolio companies.
Prior to joining VSS, Sai was an associate at Consonance Capital Partners, where he worked on a number of portfolio companies and transactions. He previously also worked in Investment Banking at Lazard Frères & Co, where he was involved in a number of marquee transactions, including the sale of Express Scripts to Cigna.
Sai holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jon-Michael Beckelman is a Senior Associate and joined VSS in 2023. He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments. Prior to joining VSS, Jon-Michael was an investment banking associate at Leerink Partners focused exclusively on healthcare M&A advisory. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare Group at RBC Capital Markets.
Jon-Michael holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University.
