Senior Account Executive – Private Equity Services

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead business development and relationship management with top-tier private equity firms in the New York market. This role will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding relationships within existing accounts, and positioning our firm as the go-to partner for portfolio procurement value creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting middle-market and large private equity firms.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with managing partners, operating partners, and portfolio company executives.
- Understand client needs and tailor our service offerings to support their investment strategies and operational objectives.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close, including contract negotiation.
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitive offerings, and the private equity deal environment.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting services, or investment banking, with a track record of selling into private equity firms or the financial services sector.
- Strong network and credibility within the New York private equity community.
- Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making processes with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
